Frequently Asked Questions – FAQs

About the Academic Programmes

The total duration of the continuing education programmes is between 12 and 16 weeks. Prior to the start of classes, two initial weeks are allocated for the induction process, aimed at familiarising the student with the virtual learning environment and presenting the academic plan in detail, under the coordination of the corresponding academic team.

IBERONEX offers a diverse academic programme, with a focus on online learning. Most programmes are delivered virtually and include live lectures: on Saturdays for programmes in Spanish, and on Mondays and Thursdays for programmes in French.

The training is delivered through the Blackboard educational platform, hosted on the virtual campus of the academic institutions that deliver the programmes. This digital environment has been designed to facilitate efficient interaction between teachers and students, promoting a structured, flexible and high quality learning experience.

Yes, the masterclasses are conducted online and in real time. These sessions allow us to go deeper into the academic content, resolve queries on the spot and encourage the active participation of students, generating spaces for professional exchange and networking.

Participants are provided with a wide range of academic resources designed to complement and strengthen their learning process. These include: programme-specific materials, case studies, specialised bibliography, faculty presentations and recordings of lecture sessions. These resources contribute to the autonomous development and consolidation of acquired knowledge.

Yes, most programmes offer the possibility of validating academic credits towards a master’s degree offered by the academic institution responsible for the programme. This allows for continuity in the student’s training itinerary and allows them to advance in their specialisation within the corresponding area of knowledge.

Admission and Funding

The admission process starts by completing the information request form. Once received, the admissions team will contact you to provide you with detailed information about the programme, the study methodology and the corresponding academic institution, in addition to answering any queries you may have. Subsequently, a personalised counselling session will be held -via telephone or videoconference- with the aim of analysing your educational expectations, assessing the suitability of your academic profile and ensuring your alignment with the established access criteria. Once this stage has been completed, enrolment will be formalised.

Access to the programme is open to all those who have a basic knowledge of the subject either through university education or accredited work experience.

The programme documentation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after the completion of the telephone intake interview, so that our team can establish the suitability of the candidate in relation to the profile and requirements of the academic programme.

In order to facilitate access to training, IBERONEX offers various payment alternatives adapted to the student’s needs:

  • One-off payment: With a 10% discount on the total amount of the programme.
  • Interest-free financing: Possibility of paying the total cost in up to six interest-free monthly instalments.

No, only the instalment or lump sum corresponding to the total amount of the programme applies. This amount is specified in detail in the financial proposal included in the enrolment form previously provided at the time of enrolment.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the academic programme, an international certificate in digital format is awarded by the academic institution delivering the programme, validating the competence and understanding acquired in the subject.

Certification is conditional upon evaluation of the student’s academic performance. To pass the programme, students must achieve a minimum final grade of 5 out of 10 in programmes taught in Spanish, and 11 out of 20 in programmes taught in French.

No, students who successfully complete the programme will receive a digital certificate, through Blockchain technology, eliminating the need to travel to Spain.

The programmes offered by IBERONEX belong to the category of continuing education academic programmes. This type of programme is part of non-formal education, focusing on employability and professional development. Therefore, they are widely recognised internationally in the labour market and backed by the academic quality of an educational institution.

The certification obtained is an important boost to your professional development, as it focuses on areas of high business demand, combines a practical approach and offers an international vision that will expand your opportunities globally. It will also allow you to build a strong and strategic network of contacts.
