Inclusive education for a global world
Universidad Andrés Bello is the largest university in Chile, with campuses in Santiago, Viña del Mar and Concepción. Its mission is to deliver inclusive, excellent education for a global world, grounded in the critical cultivation of knowledge and the systematic generation of new knowledge across every discipline.
It is an essentially academic and pluralistic project, born of the vision of a group of founders from different disciplines, universities and social outlooks.
Quality accredited in Chile and abroad
UNAB is accredited at excellence level by Chile’s National Accreditation Commission (CNA) for a six-year period, from 2022 to 2028, across all five areas assessed: institutional management, undergraduate teaching, research, community engagement and postgraduate teaching. It is its fifth consecutive reaccreditation.
To this is added recognition from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in the United States, which accredited the university for eight years, the maximum period available, and the certification of its internal quality assurance system by the Spanish agency ANECA across all its faculties.
