Education since 1994
Founded in 1994 in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, UTEPSA has made a difference in higher education in Bolivia. Since its inception, it has focused on applying technology as an essential component in the training of highly qualified professionals.
The institution has been a pioneer in the introduction of the Modular System in higher education, revolutionising the way of studying by allowing the development of one subject per month, while maintaining the academic rigor of traditional systems.
